What "full-machine engineering" actually means
A cone crusher is a system, not a stack of parts. The chamber decides the loads, the loads work the head and the frame, the frame answers to the foundation, the drive and hydraulics hold the setting that the chamber was designed around. Change any one of them and every other one feels it. That’s why a parts catalog can’t fix a system problem, and why a supplier who has only ever seen one part of the machine will always be guessing about the rest.
Our engineers don’t guess, because they set those design loads in the first place. Whole-machine engineering means we can start from your symptom, anywhere in the machine or the circuit around it, trace it to the true cause, and engineer the fix at the right level: a profile, a part, a procedure, a subsystem, or the machine itself. It’s the difference between treating what hurts and treating what’s wrong.

What this covers
Flow sheet & circuit reviews
Is your circuit asking the crusher to do the right job? We review the whole path from feed to product and show you where the circuit, not the machine, is the constraint.
Application engineering
Chamber, setting, speed, and duty matched to your ore and your targets, so the machine runs where it was designed to run.
Machine audits & health assessments
A whole-machine inspection with a written condition report: what’s healthy, what’s wearing, what to plan for, and in what order.
Plant & equipment upgrades
Upgrades engineered against what the machine, structure, and foundation will actually tolerate, not against a brochure.
Expansion planning
Crusher selection and application engineering for the plant you’re becoming, not just the one you have.
Custom product engineering
Major component programs
Forged heads and improved main frames, engineered at whole-machine level and proven in service. Heads → Frames →
Engineering behind your local shop
Drawings, specifications, and procedures your own shops can build to, with our engineers standing behind the design. Repairs & rebuilds →
Design authority you can check
200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 900, 1100, 1300, and 2,500 horsepower machines: our lead engineers designed them at the OEM before founding Optimum Crush. When we advise on your plant, that’s the experience talking.
Are you ready for a new machine?
Are you ready for the most efficient cone crusher on the market? Everything on this page, the chamber knowledge, the forged heads, the frames that don’t crack, has been building toward one thing: a complete machine, engineered the way we always said it should be. It’s coming, and the mines that talk to us now will be the first to run it.
